My family insists this is the best thing I make! I usually only make my strawberry cupcakes in the summer when I can get local, sweet berries from the farmer's market but get requests for them all year long so they are back! Super moist yellow cake with a creamy strawberry buttercream frosting.
Ingredients: cake flour, sugar, butter, eggs, buttermilk, strawberries, vanilla, baking powder, salt, natural food coloring. Icing: confectioners sugar, strawberries, water, vanilla, salt, sprinkles.
