It's not often I have the time to experiment with new recipes but when my friend asked me to make either snickerdoodles or chai spiced cookies I decided to put them together! These are everything we love about a good snickerdoodle... soft, crispy and chewy at the same time only we've elevated them (if that's possible) with a light swirl of frosting and a subtle warm chai flavor to make them a little more complex.
