I've had pecan pie connoisseurs insist this is the best pecan pie they've ever had. Some pecan pies are just sickeningly sweet and all you can taste is sugar. Not here! The perfectly toasted pecans give this pie a nuttier, deeper taste to balance out the sweetness and the bourbon is barely detectable but adds to the depth of flavor. Our all butter crust couldn't be better or flakier. Freshly baked day of and delicious. Design will vary with seasons.
