I think carrot cake might be my favorite cake of all time. I can never pass it up on a dessert menu. Moist and nutty with warm spices, toasted walnuts, raisins and a tangy cream cheese frosting.

Ingredients: flour, walnuts, sugar, brown sugar, eggs, avocado oil, pineapple, raisins, carrots, vanilla, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves. Frosting: cream cheese, butter, confectioner's sugar, vanilla, salt.
