Red velvet is really hard to get right. It's either not moist enough, lacks flavor or is just plain mediocre. I made batch after batch for weeks until I finally nailed it! Tada! A Southern classic... moist, delicious red velvet cake with a hint of cocoa and topped with billowy cream cheese frosting. If you think you don't like red velvet cake you haven't ours!
